If your order is damaged or you have received an incorrect item, you have 14 days from receiving your order to inform us and a further 14 days to return the order for a replacement or a full refund.
Please note all requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however if we cannot fulfil a replacement, you will be provided with a full refund.
If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened item, you will also have 14 days to inform us of this decision, and 14 days to complete the return.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned ‘as new’, in the exact same condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returns of opened games or goods not returned in the same condition in which they were received, we retain the right to refuse return, or to deduct up to 50% from the refund cost.
If you are returning a damaged or incorrect order we will provide you with a free postage label once a return has been agreed with a member of our team.
If you are returning your unopened order as you have changed your mind then you must arrange and pay for return postage and upon receipt of your returned order we will issue you with a full refund.
How long will my return and refund take?
In most cases, the return will be processed within 2-3 working days of receipt of your returned item, with the refund arriving back in your account within 5 working days.
